Do you offer custom awards and medals?

Yes—custom medals, trophies, and plaques in die-struck metal, acrylic, wood, or mixed media. Pantone-matched finishes, custom ribbons/bases available.

What are typical lead times?

Standard lead times vary by category and volume:

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with outlined fonts and Pantone callouts. Photos at 300 DPI at print size. We can assist with clean-ups/redraws.

How do you keep costs competitive?

We leverage bulk production, vetted factories, and optimized kitting. Many clients see 15–30% savings on awards and select merch categories with scale and clear lead time.

Can you kit and ship to multiple venues?

Yes—kitting, labeling, and multi-destination logistics (domestic/international). We can pack by venue, date, or division with tracking.

Do you provide design support?

Yes—in-house design for quick mockups, production proofs, and 3D/flat visuals aligned to your brand guidelines.

How is quality assured?

You’ll receive digital proofs (and pre-production samples for custom items) before mass production. We run QC checks and can provide photos/video.
